Qatar Taleb Group donated 2,800 N95 masks to Chengdu High-tech Zone

At the critical moment of fighting against the epidemic of new coronavirus pneumonia, through contact and coordination of CQCC (China Qatar Commercial Center), two batches of donated materials from the Qatar Taleb Group were delivered to the Chengdu High-tech Zone on February 18 and February 24. Along with the materials, there was an enthusiastic encourage letter. At the end of the letter, the Chinese characters of "中国加油" were added.

At the beginning of the outbreak, there was also a shortage of medical supplies such as masks in Qatar. For this reason, Taleb Group took the initiative to connect resources for Chengdu High-tech Zone, and finally made every effort to find sources through its hospitals and overseas cooperative institutions, and overcame many difficulties to find 800 N95 masks and 2,000 FFP2 (European version of N95) masks for Chengdu High-tech Zone, thus contributing to the donation.

Chengdu Hi-tech Zone expressed its sincere gratitude to the Taleb Group for this donation, thanked the Taleb Group for its concern, sympathy and support for the domestic epidemic protection work, and wrote a letter expressing the hope that after the epidemic, Qatar Taleb Group, Qatar National Chamber of Commerce and excellent enterprises of the Chamber of Commerce to visit Chengdu, investigate high-tech industry and discuss cooperation issues, build a win-win mechanism for bilateral cooperation, and jointly promote exchanges and cooperation between China and Qatar in various fields.

In addition to donated materials, CQCC (China Qatar Commercial Center) also provided a large amount of information on medical supplies such as protective clothing and masks to Chengdu High-tech Zone, further alleviating the pressure of High-tech Zone epidemic protection.
